Blog at wordpress.com is blocked without warning, have you experienced? ??

I just realized that the manager wordpress.com blog, in addition to providing an easy way blindly blog but behind it they (the manager wordpress.com) too many regulations apply to users of its services. And the rules are very rigid discipline over military rule. Is it because of trouble free service, so that they can do as they wish? A blog can be very easily blocked / deactivated without notice or any warning? It was (blocking / deactivation unilateral) is common to me and friends, after painstakingly designed and built it. They may say : "You've agreed to our terms of services, ..bla...bla..bla..."and other words that are often out of the mouth of the dictator / tyrant ..?!?However, such is "NOT A WISE RULE" for  large and reliable companies right? Indeed, statistically (on paper), many people are trying to create a blog on wordpress because it is relatively easy, but we can see (without them knowing it) than a lot of bloggers who move to another blog provider because the rules are too rigid, in addition to wordpress.com blog not search engine friendly (because the owner of a blog on wordpress.com must "register / setting the meta tag" first if you want fast in the index in search engines. It is unfortunate that such things happen to blog service provider like wordpress.com? Have you ever suffered such things? :-)
